It gives me great comfort when I read the 23 Psalm. I think of David as a Shepard taking care of his Sheep, how he loved them and had a relationship with his sheep. I believe his relationship with the sheep was important to him because he did not have that relationship of family with his father Jessie. He was ostracized, over looked by his father. He recognized the needs of the sheep.
My joy is knowing that “goodness and mercy” follows me everyday. Recently , I had a 7 1/2 spinal surgery and walked
through the valley of death and goodness and mercy were there to bring me out. No one but God could have held the
Neurosurgeon’s hands and the medical staff to give me the best of care. I am thankful for getting better everyday.
Looking forward to complete healing with energy.
The Lord is my Shepherd John 10:11 Jesus said I am the Good Shepherd: the Good Shepherd lays down his life for his friends. Jesus said I lay down my life that may take up again. Jesus said it and He did it; that is why the tomb of our Lord is an International Tourist Attraction because the Tomb of my Jesus is empty. The wages of sin is death. Jesus was sinless that is why on 3rd He rose again.
I shall not want, were the words of a young shepherd. Young people always want this and that to look and feel good and to impress others. David was different; because he knew his God. Knowing God takes you to a different level, it takes you to a place of satisfaction in God. Jesus makes the difference in the life of a person who is Born Again, the quest for the things of this world is over. Amen!
A lot of nice people can identify themselves a with a religious Organization but David in this Psalms says; the Lord is my Shepherd. In the days of David; a Shepherd knew his sheep by name and the sheep knew Shepherd's voice so much that they would run from the voice of a stranger. they were well acquainted with each other thus David boldly declared that the Lord my shepherd. Jesus is my Shepherd
Psalms 23:3 He leadeth me in the path of righteousness for His Name"s sake. I am very Glad yes so very glad to let the Family of God know that the God Of David's time is still the God of our time. Heb 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday today and forever. He leads in the path of righteousness. His path brings blessings of peace, prosperity and protection. Let's walk with Jesus every day. Amen.

My mom song the 23rd psalm to me when I was a kid and now I can sing it in the Hebrew tongue. It is so beautiful to sing it,and reflect on hamashiach yeshua and his father yahuah may all be blessed shalawam 🙏👋.
The verses of Psalms 23 have always instilled in me the peace and hope that God's perfect love provides us. I have recited these verses in many a frightening moment in my life and always I feel the presence of My Lord Jesus Christ holding my hand and walking WITH me through the trials of this life. Thank you Lord for never leaving or forsaking us in the lies and darkness that our adversary works.
This is about Gods protection over our lives as his children. We are never , ever to be afraid because he is always with Us guiding Us each and everyday if we only ask him to be Our guide , I think he still guides Us even when we don't ask , but more So when we ask that of him !
psalms 23. Is A very powerful scripture that really makes you understand and to remind us that God is always listening and also knowing you is reading his word. Thank you Jesus
Whenever I feel like no one cares I always remember the words from 23rd Psalms and instantly I feel hope. When life seems so bleak I read this psalms and it reminds me of how God loves me and will always provide for me.
Most people, Christians and non Christians alike draw; strength, comfort and support from this Psalms. In the time of hurt, pain and rejection and the very darkest moment of life, this is the Psalms we run to for it is like the Healing Balm of Gilead. Here we find rest in the Everlasting Arms of our Lord Jesus Christ, the One who is touched with the feelings of our infirmities. Praise ye the Lord!
Psalm 23.is great in my life,it gives me daily assurance of God's love for me and my family. All Christians should not be afraid of any difficulties of life.We should also know that God is always read to solve whatever our problems. if we have faith and remember that God gave his only son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins.So brothers and sisters we are favored children of Almighty God.!
I thank God for just being himself and knowing that I am nothing without him.He pours his love into us everyday and he loves us more than we love ourselves!!!!!!!Thank You Heavenly Father for just being you and caring about what happens to your children!!!!!!!!!
This psalm is all we will experience as we learn the voice of our Lord and if we obey his voice we will never depart from the church whither the pastor, teacher, singer, saint, or pillar to the church. So serve in the soul winning fields of good ground.
"The LORD is my shepherd I shall not want." The Lord is my Shepherd and I am His sheep. He calls me by name, and I know His voice and I follow Him. I am afraid of the voice of strangers, and run away from them. While I might not be aware of all the threats from predators or other dangers until I'm already too close my Jesus knows and sees all things, and takes care to keep me safe all the time. I don't have any way to really defend myself but Jesus is more than a match for any evil person that would want to steal me from my Master and eat me for dinner. Jesus takes care of all my needs of food and water and security and comfort and I am so blessed to have Him watching over me! I hope I make Him as happy being in His great flock, as I am to belong to Him.
