When you confess Him and you receive his body and blood in faith, your sins are washed away and you are a born again child of God! We In fact are redeemed from sin and death, Christ having become our sacrifice, while fulfilling all righteousness .Our atonement for sin,our "Passover lamb". You need only to believe. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Behold I stand at the door and knock. Open your heart and let him abide. Trust in Him and lean not unto your own understanding! All your ways acknowledge HIM! Salvation is yours, and fades not away, it is kept for you! These promises of salvation are sealed, with

"His Forknowelage of your Heart Repentance",therefore you are saying God was obligated to save you. That's not grace nor is he sovereign in saving you.A personal confidence of salvation is the record spoken of in 1John5:10&11.

its saying Christians don't walk hand an hand with sinners acting like them talking about people laughing and joking. Christians job is to bring sinner's to Christ we are his ambassadors. how can we tell sinners that they need to be save or how can we encourage them when we are talking and acting like them. just think can the people see the light in you, who do you represent. a lot pf Christians are standing in the way of sinners by their actions. the old saying I cant hear what you're saying by seeing what you're doing.

Speaking of death, Then the dust will return to the earth as it was, and the spirit will return to God who gave it Ecclesiastes 12:7 . Death is a state of temporary unconsciousness while the person awaits the resurrection. It is called "sleep", not Paradise. All genuine Christians, I think, are hopeful of entering the Pearly gates of Heaven.

One day, but not right when I die. I believe that when I die, I will be in Paradise which, after much study, I have come to believe that it is the garden of eden .

Jesus did not tell the man: this day you will be with me in Heaven Jesus said: this day you will be with me in Paradise. We know Heaven and Paradise are not interchangeable because after Jesus came back from Paradise, he told Mary: Touch me not, for I have not yet ascended unto my Father in heaven.

If starting to study the Bible, read the book of Genesis and then the book of John. Repeat those 2 books and then move forward.

if you read it wrong there will be contradictions BUT there are truly no contradictions in the King James Bible. You have to study it by dispensing the right verse to the right people and the right time period. Dispensation is key. CORRECTLY DIVIDING THE WORD.

Dear Netta it's good that you are wanting to read the Bible. When I first started Bible Studies I became very confused because of the Writers contridicting each other. I asked God for His Wisdom James1:5-8 which none of us were Born with and so need Proverbs 4:5 Jesus is now Leading me into all Truth if I'm not sure I ask Him and He confirms in my Heart and by Scripture. His Truth. Blessings-Anne.

Psalms 1 is also an excellent reminder to the Christian believer not to be weary in well doing living for Christ Jesus . Not to gloat in the demise of the wicked for this is the Lord s doing - He is Righteousness and Faithful. Let us that walk in the way of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ be encouraged. Pray that we all live this life so that we may be caught up to meet our Lord in the air!

Hi Netta! As you study the word of God, this Psalm instructs us not to take counsel or advice from those who do not know God or does not believe in His power or holiness. Be very careful where you go and with whom or where you position yourself. It is good to know and believe God.

This Psalm means that Christians who do not follow the worlds ways or ungodly friends will be blessed. It encourages us to take delight in the Lord and think on scripture so that we grow strong in the Lord and show godly, timely fruit in our lives and prosper in everything we do. It says the ungodly won't prosper and will be forgotten after death because God knows their life choices are sinful.
