Hello all, just wanted to comment on how alot of things God shows on to his elect are great and all but they are his SERVANTS,just as we become,why admire one over the other?,I will say I liked Moses he had five books about him and his journey with GOD,idk if we should call them heros,for the GLORY is to GOD,for none of it will happen without him,please don't forget these things,GLORY TO GOD,Amen!

Joshua was obedient to the word of God and because of that God gave him victory over all his enemies and there was peace in that land

How can Joshua be judged to have done all he was told to do when 11:22 clearly ends with the comment, "No Anakites were left ... only in Gaza, Gath, and Ashdod. " Doesn 't none mean none? I thought Joshua was supposed to clear the land all the way to the Euphrates. I 'm not faithful enough either, but should Joshua be my hero?

Joshua was a great man especially because he never had doubt about God 's promises of delivering their enemies into their hands.
