God sees the figs as people both good and evil, as Jesus saw the fig tree, as fruitful from afar and when He came upon it, the tree was not fruitful at all, and he cursed the tree. Jesus saw the tree as the people, who appeared to be fruitful, but they had not the fruit of the spirit. The fig tree had the leaves, but did not produce the fruit. If there is no fruit spiritually, we are dead.
I look forward to the time that vs. 7 is completely fulfilled. I look forward to having a relationship with my heavenly father, the way he intended it to be.
Jeremiah 24:7
And I will give them a heart to know me, that I am Jehovah. They will become my people, and I will become their God, for they will return to me with all their heart
God wanted to see his people return from their evil ways and egg knowledge him that he is God and know that he is God alone so I think he was giving them a opportunity to repent for their sins and know that he is there God
Jesus christ is the only way to heaven, so as many that believe in Him till His returning back to take His people, i.e, believers, and His people Israelits, will make it to the land that God the father promised which is heaven, remember He said in verse 7 "I will give them an heart to know me, that i am the Lord....they shall return unto me.while the weaked and the evil doers will end up in heal.
We are not to be drawn away after the seditions of zealots and patriots, like those who relentlessly fought against the Chaldeans and the Romans, and were eventually the cause of their whole country's destruction. The commandments of our Lord Jesus Christ are for our life in all its circumstances, and for everything we are set to encounter. Proud men will hate us for this, but we must fear God.
YISRAEL WILL RETURN HOME VERY SOON WITH YAHUSHA LEADING THE WAY. PEOPLE OF THE TAST GET READY YOUR REDEMPTION IS CLOSE AT HAND. HAIL YAHUAH!!!!!!! SHALOM
To Litsme thistime" I`ll add that when Christ was on earth Isreal had been scattered 600 years and that would put Judah captive 400 years at the point or to mark time in undrrstanding. The 10 tribes were took captive by Syria 600 years before Christ and went over the Caucas Mnts. And settle in Europ and are the Christians Nations. Judah return or most of them to Jerusalem after their captivety.I hope I got it right itsme thistime. What a handle you have.
Mark 13:28 Christ tells us "Learn the parable of the fig tree" letting us know that it is imperative that those who follow Him learn this scripture. This let's us know we are in the last generation RIGHT NOW, because Judah had not been in Jerusalem since before Christ was born, until 1948 when they were aloud to return after WWII. To rephrase for better understanding, this parable let's us know that the end wouldn't come until Judah returned to Jerusalem. Judah was taken captive by the babylonians hundreds of years before Christ was on the earth, and had not returned until May 15, 1948, signifying the beginning of th last generation, or "the generation of the fig tree"
Jeremiah 24:7
And I will give them a heart to know me, that I am Jehovah. They will become my people, and I will become their God, for they will return to me with all their heart
