Sorry to hear of your situation regarding the "Havana Syndrome." From what I could find in my research, only those in the diplomatic office and their families were subject to this illness.

The USA has a corrupt Government like Jesus declared ancient Israel had. God warned the obedient Israelites to flee into the Mountains to escape the coming destruction. Only the ones who obeyed God's voice lived to tell the tale. There is a lot here in the prophet's writings that pertain to us and can help us in our present situation in our nation. Just this past month, we've had mass shootings. The last one in Texas has caused many to ask the same questions that Habakkuk asked.

We are surrounded by so many things; mass shootings, rising gas and oil prices, food shortages- milk formulas etc. Doesn't look good. Habakkuk was troubled that GOD was using a evil nation like the Babylonians to be HIS agent of judgement. The US could be in the same situation. However we need to be like Habakkuk and trust in the LORD. Remembering what GOD has done for us in the past and trust in HIS timing. Habakkuk waited to hear GOD'S answer in 2:1, because he knew GOD would do the right thing and will correct him in his thinking.
May we humble ourselves and pray as HE wills us to do and trust in the LORD to have all things in control. 2 Chronicles 7: 14-16

We are being given daily signs. Prophesy unfolding: everything Jesus spoke. The earth itself is writhing in pain, groaning. It encourages me to spend 10 mins daily looking at daily videos of disasters. It is man weakening the land: carving roads beside mountains, destroying vegetation that keeps the mountain stable.

His insane tax and spending policies are bankrupting poor people and the whole nation, as are his shutdowns of domestic oil production. He supports murder by abortion and depravity by homosexuality. He is blind and wicked and does not know the damage he is doing.
In America, spoiling and violence are prevalent and judgment is perverted, just as Habakkuk prophesied.

I read Habakkuk 1:1217 often it start out with a title: Why should God use the wicked? I read 12-17 but I'm not understanding or not getting the answer to the ? Why should God use the wicked?
HABAKKUK Is prayer warrior . He want to interced and for sins of his country and his people . He is a prophet a seer .Habakkuk is God's friend. God showed him and talked to him about he plans. He loved his town his people. He is suffering for their wrong doing . He has also a way to observe how political leaders or those who detained powers abused the poor people . See chp 1:4 he revealed it
A very touching book of the Bible! I am reading it in English, Georgian and Azerbaijani (!!!). Habakkuk was a sensitive and passionate man, completely devoted to the Lord. Pouring his heart out, and our Merciful Lord listening intently to the complaints and answering, is what is most striking in this small book of the Bible.
To whom much is given, of them will the more be demanded. Sin in Christians is not only worse, but if un-repented of and that one's heart hardened in it; it brings blood guilt of all those whom he was supposed to be a witness of the grace of God; but failed! That was the very reason for the world of the beginning being ultimately destroyed, because of the apostasy and abandoning themselves to sin.
"Therefore they sacrifice unto their net, and burn incense unto their drag; because by them their portion is fat, and their meat plenteous." Everything for which the devil slanders God and accuses His People of, he himself is the one doing those things! The children of the devil can only imagine to satisfy their lust for power and authority by slaughter and oppression; and this is their religion!

The story of Joseph is a great example.
