"Biblical sanctification is the lifelong process of learning to let Christ live His life through us. It is summed up well in Galatians 2 20. As one submits to the process, he grows spiritually. If one does not understand the process correctly or refuses to yield to the Holy Spirit s working in his life, growth will be stunted. Ongoing, experiential sanctification and spiritual growth are, therefore, closely related concepts.
Gal.2 16 what is work laws of God? Jesus said, " st. John 6 29 this is the work laws of God to believe on him whom he has sent. In Gal. 2 16 to be justified with God we must cling to the work God told us to cling to. Saving faith saving belief in the gospel of The Lord Jesus Christ crucified his death his blood his resurrection known as the work laws of God.
He is in us living for us. Who missed it? We are in Him too. Try to steer myself away from future sin someone said? I say "behold the lamb of God who taketh AWAY the sins of the world ". He is living for me. Not I. Men get this so mixed up. It 's not a call to be righteous by a law that justifies no one. ....it 's unchangeable reality! We do not make ourselves Holy. He makes us Holy. Get it right then "Shine your light ". He is the light. See where is says we "live " by faith. Faith in us ? so backwards Faith In Him! Glory to God.
vs 4 shows us that the enemy uses infiltration to our inner circles through falsehoods and deception. Once he accesses our confidential information, he then uses it to fight us...but lets be wise and never give him time when he uses this tactic. Also we must discern wisely those who want to come close to us.
As He Jesus is so are we IN THIS WORLD. Confess this with your mouth!! Jesus lives in us, not for holiday but FOR US!. He faces life FOR US! The life we NOW live in the flesh we live by the faith OF Jesus.hence the prayer " 'May the Grace of our Lord Jesus.....be with us "
Paul just told it how it is. He died with Christ at Calvary, and was raised with Him. Not hypothetically, or charismatically, but in reality. He brought every thought into obedience, and spoke what God would have him say. A dead man animated by the sprit of Christ. A living sacrifice with the fire of the Holy Spirit on the sacrifice.
I am crucified with Christ When I became born again I became alive to God I am alive to doing things The old nature is crucified I live by the faith of the Son of God who loved me and gave Himself for me . I Praise God for life in Christ Jesus .
It would be hard for me to ever sleep if I had never met the Apostle Paul and the Books Epistles attributed to him. There would be only confusion in our Churches of This Age.
My sinful life must be dead thru Christ to find TRUE life. We must be born again...ask for forgiveness(and mean it) and actively turn away from future sin. We must do all this having the faith that God is living in us and helping us.
I died when Jesus was Killed/Gave himself for me. Nevertheless,when He(Jesus)rose I also rose to live a new life.Living in faith not by old traditions,rituals,and religion.Yet by believing,trusting,Living,and walking in the power of the Blood of the Lamb. Amen BE BLESSED Arran De

Just as in the Apostle Pauls day we still have those who come into the local churches as ministers of Satan ( 2 Corinthians 11) to spy out our liberty that we have in Christ Jesus in order to bring us into bondage through various ways. Some of these false ministers of satan will promote racial hatred in the pulpet when God would have all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. As well as even promote the occult in the pulpet by making jokes about genies in bottles , etc. As well as promote various heresies onto believers. Such as lead people into fleshly lusts with puppet shows while speaking of lusting on others wives, etc. Then some of them will make the local church into a circus atmosphere with zoo animals to all things in between brought into the church. Then some of them will leave out repentance altogether in salvation , which it takes repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ. Sincerely ;
The law is a school master given with the intent to be used until Christ, the seed of Abraham came. The law helps us to see our fallibility and therefore our need for a saviour. Breaking any of it which is inevitable brings condemnation. When Jesus came we had an option,between him and law. Jesus has fulfilled the law so that any one who accepts Jesus will be justified by Jesus and not by the law.
It is a great scripture that Paul was describing his experience of conversion by removing the old Adam, natural body, which is the source of sin was crucified by punting on Christ, as it was stated in Galatians 3:20. So this means the life he live in in flesh in only by faith that he has in the son of God. It is powerful. for in other part also he mentioned he is dead and his life was hidden in Christ.Blessings!
this verse teaches that if you add any thing to the grace of God,it makes void the gift,it nullifies the gift of God, Ephesians 2:8,9Titus 3:5John 1:12Acts 15:11. Shortly before Jesus died he made it very clear the repented thief could do nothing but except the gift of God, he confessed he was a sinner and put his faith in Christ,salvation by Grace plus nothing else.
Hi. As I read the different versions and renderings of Gal. 2:20, I am struck by the differences in one little word. Here is the difference I see: "...I live by faith IN the Son..." denoting it is MY FAITH IN HIM, or, it is by HIS faith-NOT and my faith by which I live. I hope I did a good job explaining myself. If not, I will try again.
Galatians Chapter 2:11-14. In these verses it shows Paul's boldness and Peter's humility. Here we have Peter who was one of the twelve apostles and had been given the "keys of the kingdom." Then we have Paul who was relatively new to the faith. Peter let fear of what others may think of him keep him from doing what he knew was right. Paul recognized this and boldly reproved Peter. Peter could have taken offense, but he humbly responded to the counsel Paul gave because he knew it was what he needed. We can imitate Peter today by being mature enough when we receive counsel to look past the person giving the counsel, or even how the counsel was given, and to focus on the counsel itself. We need to seriously ask ourselves was this counsel needed and then we need to make any necessary adjustments like Peter did.
We must be careful and let the Bible interpet itself Paul stated that the law is the knowlegde of sin Rom 3:20 and also in verse 31 he said establish the law. the bibles difinition for sin according to 1John 3:4 is that sin is the transgession of the law Yahsuah came to redeem humankind back to the Father Yahsuah himself said to gain enternal life you must keep the commandments Matt 19:16-17 understand we are saved by grace and not by works read the text this whole subject matter is regarding cir***cision the works of the law that Paul is refering to his the acts of the cutting of the foreflesh which was a ordinance that was nailed to the tree so that the gentiles could become fellow citizen concerning the promises of Abraham this text has nothing to do with abolishing the law the Messiah came to fufill the law not to destroy the law or the prophets Matt 5:17 his blood fufilled the works of the law as far as blood of animals and he fufilled any works of the law as for as sacrifices were concerned and now the holy spirit helps us to obey Gods laws the blood covers ours past sins Rom 3:25 you are not under the penlenty of the law if you are not breaking it remember the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Yahsuah our sacrifice Rom 6:23
