Nobody mentioned the watchmen - vs. 17 - 21. These vs. really bring out the duties of the pastorate.

Book of Ezekiel was a great prophet. What he saw is the church today.the heads represent false nations. False church today. How the people rebell. He speaks to the body. We are to beware of falsehood false teaching. He saw this generation.

This is such an honorable position that God put Ezekiel in.So overwhelming that i cannot imagine what he felt like.

CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF PICKING AND CHOOSING AND TAKING WORDS OUT OF CONTEXT. THIS CHAPTER IS TO, SPECIFICALLY, EZEKIEL! DON 'T CLAIM IT FOR YOURSELF UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO CLAIM V: 24 AND 25 ALSO. YOU ARE THE THE ONE GOD IS SPEAKING TO IN THIS CHAPTER YOUR READING EZEKIEL 'S MAIL. DON 'T GRAB WHAT SOUNDS GOOD TO YOU AND REJECT THE REST. THE NEW TESTAMENT IS FULL OF MAIL TO YOU GO THERE AND OBEY GRACE.

THIS CHAPTER IS TELLING US TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THEIR WICKED DOING, LIKE WORSHIPPING ON SUNDAY WHICH IS SATAN DAY FOR WORSHIP. KEEPING PAGAN HOLIDAYS SUCH AS EASTER, CHRISTMAS, HALLOWEEN, THANKSGIVING, NEW YEARS, ETC. YAHUAH HAS CELEBRATION DAYS ESTABLISHED IN THE SCRIPTURES, THESE ARE THE ONES WE MUST KEEP. SHALOM

Definitely a scripture that brings out the importance of being an Evangelizer. SO many Christians do not even think of their fellow man, by sharing the wonderful hopes in the Bible. People need to preach about God's name, his kingdom, and what he's going to do to get rid of our suffering! If a Christians fails to do so, the blood of the unrighteous is upon their hands.

I am reading the bible through in a year, so far what I have already read has enlightened my mind, body, heart and soul. I am going through some things with my family, and I am a person that is easily intimidated by people. Reading Jeremiah and Ezekiel have really been opening me up to the boldness of God. I'm feeling strengthened and renewed in Christ. Pray for me!!

When a verse brings forth tears, it is a verse to claim and hold in our heart, then His healing will come..this is a word for me today and I claim it!
