    I believe that Revelation chapter 18 refers to the USA. And that the part about the whole world watching what happens to USA; was also conveyed many years later in 1775 by an Angel who appeared to George Washington. Google Search "George Washington's Vision" and see what the Angel showed George Washington...especially the Third Great Peril that was ahead for that future nation.
