    The first beast can not Babylon. This vision was in the 1st year of its last king. "These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth." Probably in a broader sense England which like Persia let the Jews go home (see the coat of arms for the Lion standing on two feet), Russia the Bear (religion Greek Orthodox), America the Leopard (gov't like Rome),
