    Verse 20 God shorten the time of Daniel 7 years so if you go to Revelation 9 vs 5 and 10 and realize that even the elect that have Gods words sealed in their mind to stand against the false messiah who calls himself Jesus and has a lot of power given him to act out the role of Christ to win the world over so they are worshipping him, well, it was just to long to stand so God shorten it to 5 months
