    isiah 18 is taking about what will happen to hebrew israelites in the last days. it a prophacy regarding slave trade in west africa. moses told the israelites after they came out of egypt...the curses disobey and bleses obey That will following them if they do or undo ALL YAH COMMANDMENT. one of curses is what isaiah is saying.
