    THIS CHAPTER EXPLAINS WHY THE AFRICAN AMERICAN IS STILL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ECONOMIC LADDER AND WHY THEY ARE LEADING IN THE DROPOUT RATE, DIABETES, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, OUT OF WEDLOCK BABIES, ETC. YAHUAH IS PUNISHING US FOR OUR CONTINUED BREAKING OF HIS COMMANDMENTS, STATUETS, AND JUDGEMENTS. UNTIL WE REPENT AND TURN BACK TO HIM WE ARE GOING TO STAY AT THE BOTTOM UNTIL THE CAPTIVITY IS UP.
