    The LORD GOD is the author. Paul is the writer inspired by God. 2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: ...May the LORD teach all who yearn for the knowledge of the truth. Amen
