    I 'm trying to find a reference to the Roman practice of attaching the body of a murder victim to its killer, after which the convicted killer is sent into the desert to drag this body around until he dies or it decomposes off of him. This is the "body of death " picture Paul is referring to. Can anyone give me a reference book for it? thanks
