    Part 2 of 3: I went to that website and typed in the number and it gave me the following information. This is a patent that Mr. Thomas Heeter out of Houston, Texas filed in September 5, 1996. It was approved in March 2, 1999. As you can see these dates are before President Obama came into office. Right now in California they have two pilot programs going on testing chips in people. One is called the Verichip. It is to identify a person medical condition quickly so that the first responders can have access to important information. These are steps towards what is to come after the rapture takes place.
