    In verse 11, I see it happening this way: John looks to the people waiting to be baptized and says,"He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost", then looks angrily at the Pharisees and Sadducees gathered to find fault with what John was doing and to them shouts, "and with FIRE!". Going to the lake of fire in Hell is a baptism of fire indeed! The baptism of fire was the self-chosen destiny of those who did NOT accept Jesus.
