Romans 2 speaks loud and clear about the importance of keeping Elohim 's law. The correct translation for the word law is Torah. The Messiah said himself that he did not come to destroy the Torah in Matthew Chap 24. The Messiah did not come to abolish the law which is falsely taught, Messiah died to save us from the penalty of our breaking the Law. Through grace he enables us to keep his law. We need to really study the word of Elohim in context. Remember the only Scriptures available at the time of Christ was the Tanach or Old Testament. So every time bible writers refer to Scripture they are referring to the Old Testament. Yehua Jesus was a Torah law observant Hebrew as was his apostles who kept the commandments of God. They kept all the feast days appointment dates between Elohim and man and they never once spoke against the law or suggested we should stop keeping it on the contrary Paul said God forbid at the very idea in Romans chapter 3 31. From Genesis to Revelation the Torah Law is upheld. By keeping it, it does not save us but it reveals our love for the Father. "If you live me keep my commandments ". There has been a misinterpretation of Paul 's writings being taught in the church 's and seminaries. I encourage every one to reread their bibles starting at the beginning. Prayerfully start with fresh eyes and allow the Holy Spirit to teach you and lead you into all truth.
