    It is truly pointless to argue the personhood of God, because He is beyond human comprehension. Why is there God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit, three unique personhoods of God? Don't know. That is a "wait and see question". There are some things that we will not know here. But the personhood of the Trinity is plainly shown throughout the Bible, God has three distint parts just as mas has a body, soul and spirit.
