    whomsoever call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved means that now both Jews and Gentiles can call on God and be saved. Christ broke down that wall of portion. everyone can call and pray to God for strength, salvation, and help. there is not respect of person. whomsoever call upon Jesus have an chance and right to be save if they believe and do Gods will.
