    So it seems like that God had decided how the result and consequenses would be from the FALL when Adam disobeyed God( Rom 8:12).

    Long before Adam sinned, God had already decided what would happen to people and the world because of that sin.

    So in a sense, this world is a perfect world where people have to chose to follow God by accepting Jesus Christ as personal Savior.
