Happy to report that our interior remodel is complete except for the stair railings. It has been 10 months of a construction/worker zone and we are glad it is done now. Everything turned out so beautiful. We will be starting on outdoor projects hiring someone we know who will do the work, not a contractor but does excellent work. Cost should be much less than if we had our contractor continue to do these jobs. So we are thankful for our friend and his expertise.
The interior is all done and safe and clean for little Rose. Funny, since we do not have carpet, she loves to go on blanket "sled rides around the loop through the rooms that surround the stairwell. She squeals. It is like sledding without the snow! Funny how just so simple things can be so enjoyable for little kids!
