    Q&A "Virtue"

Q:Epistle of Peter gives us a sequence that 'ye might be partakers of the divine nature'. Doesnot that sound the Law of the Spirit works with a believer similar to the DNA of God?

A: Faith is the DNA undoubtedly. The epistle exhorts us what faith with works would entail in a believer so he is created in the image of his Son. " add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;/And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;/And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity." Christ as the true vine tells of being fruitful and Apostle Peter explains the sequence and ends by saying, "For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. "(2 Pe.1:5-8)

False teachers may get away by stating faith alone is necessary once a believer is justified. The Law of the Spirit enjoins the correct manner DNA of faith might be developed in us. Protein can be folded in myriad different ways, forming a unique 3D shape. The will of God as fulfilled by the Son must connects as 'Thou in me" so what we do is for the glory of God. Time element is now. It is thus our diligence makes virtue out of faith. So who serve God and mammon are what hypocrites do and they resist the Law. Virtue is what 'Thou in me and I in Thou' does leading to a state "that God may be all in all."(1 Co.15:28)
