Great advice ! The Gospel of John is a very spiritual account , John is the eagle of the four faces of the cherubim in Ezekiel . I'm glad you understand the importance of the old testament , it illuminates the new and the new illuminates the old . They are like the sun and the moon , both give us light !

God bless us all , Truth seekers !

MotherMac_reply to Gregflo:So glad to know you believe in the bible. May God keep your faith strong and your spirit forever seeking wisdom and knowledge to the saving of our souls. Amen.

I would suggest a good place to start is Jesus's Sermon in Matthews 5th chapter.

The "Beatitudes" introduces a reader to many aspects of the results of trusting God as we follow JESUS his son.

These scriptures will lead you into other teachings of Jesus.

II Timothy 5:15___Study to show thyself approved unto God. A workman that needeth not be ashamed but rightly dividing the word of truth.

    Keep praying
