"But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you." St Paul is stating God, a Spirit which is Law, so his Word states the Law of the Spirit. There are no ifs and buts there. The Word while giving a sign regarding the Virgin birth establishes fact, and it speaks for itself. Ipso facto is a Latin phrase, directly translated as "by the fact itself", which means that a specific phenomenon is a direct consequence, a resultant effect, of the action in question, instead of being brought about by a previous action. Whereas human spirit exercises intellect like the five blind men trying to arrive at a consensus what an elephant is. The creature is not sum of its parts but created by God. So the Spirit of God set the law of sin to explain the pride of the covering cherub was altogether his own invention. Satan would not have understood the Word becoming flesh and propitiation for the sin of fallen man. One only need compare the manner former POTUS cannot understand why he lost the election of 2020; In order to justify his bigotry he still has no insight nor appreciation that it is not color the issue but his lack of fitness for the job he is aiming. Lucifer would in the spirit of pride claim, "I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High." (Is.14:14) Law of the Spirit found iniquity in him and shall be judged accordingly." The Word of God is the Law. "Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit." (v.15) If man is in the Spirit he cannot be seeking what the godless world craves.
Jesus did not claim for a place to lay his head on while he walked the earth. He was led by the Spirit and 40 days forty nights are not number of days as such but prepared for temptation. Satan tempted but to no avail. Satan left him seeking occasions in future.
"If thou be God If thou be the Son of God, command" Devils believe Jas.2:19 but they do not submit. So it was fake.
