Deut. 6:4 says that God is One using the word "echad" that means "a unified oneness" as it was used for the marriage union of Adam and Eve.
Isaiah 43:10 is emphatic that there is only One True God; that there was no other God that preceded Him, nor will there be made any other God that will come after Him. This speaks to His eternality, uniqueness, and that He is not one of many gods who have a divine nature of their own.
Since the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are said in Scripture to be God (see my other posts) then this means that all three are eternally God and exist from everlasting to everlasting. (Ps.90:1-2; Heb. 9:14; Micah 5:2) So it is true that the triune nature of the One God has always been and will always be this way. His unity and threeness never changes.
But let's be very clear that the Christian faith from the apostles through the centuries have affirmed that God is One in Being, but also attests that God is three distinct persons in Unity. Over the centuries as Christian leaders grapple with this doctrine many views have been promoted, discussed, with diving deeply into Scripture to know what is truly taught in Scripture. Many views have been refuted Scripturally with the consensus repeatedly coming back to this view of One God in Three Persons in Complete and Perfect Union with each other. Not three Gods, not a boss God and subordinate beings who have been made divine, not a plethora of views that have emerged throughout the ages that have been deemed false views of the Godhead.
As for me, I will believe the whole counsel of God revealed in Scripture on this doctrine and not form my beliefs on selected Scripture that prove only that God is One, or only that God is Triune, but on the preponderance of Scriptures that say that God is Both One Divine Being and three distinct persons existing in unity with one another.
