What God showed Moses on the mount was a pattern, "the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.(He.8:5). According to the exposition of Gill, "Tabnith", the word here used, signifies the structure and disposition of anything, i.e. the form of it in a four square, in roundness, in a triangle, or in any of the like figures. It is the volume of Jesus Christ the Man component where the Word become flesh gives the Father Son relation its own marker. The writer to the Hebrews makes it evident. Besides the Spirit sets an example of the relationship in heaven by setting Moses in terms of his brother. Moses is diffident and he persists from taking on the charge of God to his fury and finally settles for an Association. God will speak to him the word " And thou shalt speak unto him, and put words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do./And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people: and he shall be, even he shall be to thee instead of a mouth, and thou shalt be to him instead of God."(Ex.4:15-16) It is like the power and wisdom of the Word is user friendly. God works with Man (Moses and Aaron) so the people are in the know of what is expected of them.
The Spirit moving upon the face of the waters (Ge.1:2) likewise works Up and Down. Moses and Aaron consequently are taught what they should do. So Aaron and the priests serving God are associates. This principle is what we find in Matt.10:40 and Luke 10:16)
"According to all that I shew thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it." The phrase 'all that I show thee' can only be Jesus Christ "And he is before all things, and by him all things consist."(Col.1:17)
