    God is: UNIQUE

He is unique in a number of ways.

First of all, He is unique in that He is the one and only true God. There are no others that are truly divine as He is. He is challenged by no one as a rival because He knows the truth that all other "gods" are false, idols made by men, and demons influencing men to worship these idols and thus the demons. He knows that He is far, far above and different from any being. No other being has His divine perfections to the infinite degree. These are His holiness, sovereignty, omniscience, omnipotence, omni-presence, immutableness, self-existence, life itself, eternality, and totally free and independent of any other thing or being.

He is unique in that He is the only One who exists outside time and space and also everywhere within time and space at the same time.

He is unique in that He is not only "one of a kind", but that He is not truly a kind, genus, or class as all other things and beings are.

He is unique in that He is in truth all that we call His attributes. He does not possess them as other beings do. He is them. He does not possess life as other beings, not deriving his life from any source outside of Himself, He IS life. Whatever we can say of His perfections (we call them attributes) He is those perfections always and simultaneously without setting any aside to express another perfection. He does not increase in any attribute or lessen in any. He does not turn any off and on. He always is ALL of who He is in His perfect existence. He even does not possess existence or life as other beings do, He is existence and life. I Am Who I Am. All that can be said of Him is who He is, not what He has as things separate from Himself that He acquires in some way. The same can be true of His essence and nature. He is His essence and nature-One perfect divine essence and nature. As humans we speak of these things in ways that we possess attributes, essence, nature, life and existence. For us these are alll derived.
