In all these profound truths Eliphaz along with the others was accusing Job of being unrighteous despite his declarations. His lies about him not helping the hungry and similar things were completely against his character which even the others didn't say as he had already defended his care for others above himself. How he wasn't included in those God rebuked may be because he wasn't truly someone who knew God and therefore praying for him wouldn't have helped. That's my take on it anyway.
