Bible Discussion Thread

    Hello everyone:

This post may not be necessary since many of you probably don't even know that I said this but just in case I will say that I am going to renege on saying I was going to post a study on the history of the KJB because, in looking for reference material,

I found there are already numerous writings on the subject. If you want to read about the KJB history, which I suggest all Christians do. I just don't really know what more I can say but just repeat what has already been written.

If anyone,, would like me to put together a post of this instead of going online and reading it, I will, since I said I would. Just let me know and I will copy some of it and post it here. God Bless :)

Yes , I sometimes forget that other sites are available , I've found a few interesting ones but I have noticed that even though they sound authorative , they often contradict each other , which is frustrating to me , so I just end up confused a lot of the time and I give up and just stick to reading the Bible mostly . I've noticed that there are quite a lot of sites that contain the attributes of God alphabetically . It seems like something that a lot of people do .

Hi Jaz: If we want to read history, we could just read on several sites and glean out what is repeated by them all then you may have an idea of what really happened. Maybe not, but at least it may give us some true facts. I believe Hillsdale College is a very good site to read history. They are a sound christian college and can be trusted. You can study full courses online for free.

Sites, however, on spiritual things are just like you said. I believe here on earth the only thing that can be truly and completely trusted 100% is the KJB bible. I refuted a man in the comments on YouTube last night when he taught that there were 5 things wrong with the KJB only belief. He wasn't dealing with the people who believe it is a sin to use the modern versions, which I DO NOT believe. He was dealing with why they believed it and was so incorrect in all his points, I even had to correct him on the length of the Lords millennium reign. He said it was 2000 years. I guess he lost his dictionary. Please don't think I'm bragging I know it came from the Lord. God Bless :)
