    I've always been sickly, but never this much. On the very start of 2024 my throat began to swell really bad. It hurt when I coughed, and sometimes even when I swallowed

    Eating food and regular activities began to become hard and I can't even sleep well

    Please pray for my health

    I will pray for you before I retire to bed tonight. I so can relate to how you are feeling. I pray that your throat will stay clear and stop swelling as that is a serious symptom. Try to drink lots of plain water, maybe with a touch of honey. Ginger tea can be

    soothing.
