I confess and seek help with anger, self control, pride and how I treat others. I seek prayer for deliverance and freedom of mind. I seek my thoughts can be focused on the teachings of the Bible and others instead of being tormented.

Your confession is a great start ! Next step is to build a relationship with your God and with your Saviour . Read the Bible , all of it , maybe start with the New Testament because there you will find the perfect example of gentleness , meekness ,obedience , humility and expression of love , all in Christ our Redeemer . Read carefully about how people treated him and how he responded to that treatment . No Christian is perfect in this life but Christ is our example that we should be trying to emulate , not just in deeds and words but in his heart , which was ( and still is ) full of love , love for God and love for us . You are just taking your first steps , you have to be determined and willing to change your whole outlook on life , this life is not for us , we are reaching for a great treasure and if you let Jesus into your heart , you will grasp that treasure and it will be yours eternally !
