Yes, but some parts of the Bible children may not understand as well until they get older. Some old testament stories have complex relationship dynamics and various complex situations. Adults may not understand it the first read through either, however. Every time I read through I learn something new.
yes, its the the word of God he gave it to us to read. its the responsibility of parents to teach the events of the bible to their young kinds at night and all the times.
