    I have read Psalm 23 many times and am still amazed at David's insight into the way he regards God in his cir***stances. Verse 4 is my favourite because whenever I am in distress as a Christian I know that god is in control of my life and will be with me when I walk through the valley of the shadow of death - not through death itself right now but the shadow of death. What a comfort I know that God is there for me - and to p*** this on to others who need to know my Saviour is such a privilege.
