    During Moses time, whenever the presence (Holy Spirit) of God was in the tabernacle no one was allowed inside so there was silence, no one was there. So I believe that the day of pentacostal God sent his holy spirit to the tabernacle, church, temple, his angels (servants). So at this it is quiet until all his saints has been return to him and his will has been done.
