I would just like to take a moment to share something most of you already know. God, is so good.
I am an undeserving man. I do not deserve the presence of the Lord. Each day he is working in my life, bringing me closer to Him and further from myself. He provides hope in my darkness. He provides love where I feel I have little to none. He is with me when I stumble in darkness. His presence waters my heart, my spirit and brings tears to my eyes. How wonderful is it the creator of all is a God of love and grace. He is not too big to be present in the smallness and nothingness that I am. I should not be here today, alive, writing this comment. It is only because of our Father that I have breath in my lungs today. Praise God!
For anyone who needs it today, as my brother or my sister, I love you! For the love he instills within my heart, is His love to be shared with others. You are never alone. You are valued and you are loved.
I do not comment as often but I do read the comments of others each night. Your hearts, wisdom and words have spurred me. To become closer with Him. To seek wisdom. To be better. To those of you who dedicate time to this forum, thank you. Mishael, Chris, GiGi, Suze and many others. Thank You.
I pray that each person in this forum feels His presence deeply as never begore. I pray love, joy and peace fill your hearts until your cup runneth over and spilleth unto others.
I challenge each of you to approach someone who God highlights to you in the coming days. A simple hello, a handshake, a smile or a hug. A few words of encouragement. Let this person know that you see them. Speak the words the Holy Spirit provides to you.
I am so genuinely sorry to hear of your mother. My father passed not long ago and I could not enter the hospital to see him. Unable to say goodbye or to hold his hand. Had not spoken to him in years. I pray that the Lord be with you and your family in this time of difficulty and sadness. May His light shine in this darkness and provide you with comfort, courage and strength. We are here for you and you are in my prayers.
Thank you, she was in the hospital for two weeks, so my siblings and I took turns staying with her during visiting hours. That was time given to us by God. If we had not checked on her at home, she would have died of sepsis infection. But as it went, God had her live for two more weeks for a purpose. It was such an honor to spend time with her giving her comfort care and company during her most difficult days of her life. I was able to pray with her and encourage her that Jesus is with her always. She lived to be 88 and a half, had a fairly healthy life, had all her faculties until this illness. I was very happy to let God have her but I will miss her.
Ty , thank you soo much , you have given me something very special with your post today . It's been a rough one , I've just got home and the first thing I did was sit down and read this site because I needed some Christian contact . I could not have hoped for a better post to calm and cheer me , thank you so much , you are a big glass of cool water in the heat of the day . Much love in Christ .
Your response brought joy into my day. So, thank You! I'm simply amazed how God will place words or thoughts into our hearts to be shared with others. I give all the glory to our Father. I pray that your week has become more peaceful and filled with His light. Thank you genuinely for placing a smile upon my face. I too, had a rough go this week and this forum always seems to offer encouragement and refreshment. God Bless and may you enjoy your weekend full of presence from Christ!
Thank you Ty , I read so many uplifting comments on here by so many different people , I wish I had the time and energy to thank everyone individually , to all of you reading this I would say : please keep your comments coming , just because you might not be getting any feed back that doesn't mean that your comments aren't appreciated and even needed by others on here , we never really know how much comfort our words are giving to others , may God continue to guide our posts to each other in His Truth and love for us all . Much love in Christ .
Thank you Ty for sharing these thoughts. I am encouraged that the Lord continues to lead you to 'higher ground', seeing His Glory & Greatness, & your (& our) own unworthiness before His Majesty.
Continue to enjoy His Presence & His Life given to you to grow & to radiate to others. We are His witnesses - His mouthpiece to "shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light" ( 1 Peter 2:9). Keep walking in the Spirit, "and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh" ( Galatians 5:16). Every blessing in your special holy journey.
Thank you Chris. Your words have hit the mark in regards to my present walk and focus. Your wisdom and intuition are admirable at least. Know that you are inspiring others with truth and accuracy. I like the work the Lord is doing through you. Hope you enjoy your weekend! Always look forward to your comments on this site.
I appreciate your comment, Ty. We're here together for each other, under the leading & direction of the Lord. Every blessing in Christ & have a special weekend & Lord's Day.

Thank you for this lovely uplifting post. I hope to hear more from you.
I am in the process of planning my Mom's memorial service. You words lifted my soul.
God bless you today, Ty.
