    No. There are 67scriptures with the word GOVERNOR in it. Go to the Search Box (out on the red entry page) and type: Roman Governor

    [The Holy Spirit is the 3rd person of the Godhead; you'll find that word in the Book of Romans chapter 1:20]

    The Scriptures about the Godhead. Sometimes called "Let Us..." in some passages. These scriptures are evidence of all 3 persons of the Godhead speaking to each other.

    Genesis 1:26, 3:22, 11:7

    Isaiah 6:8

    Romans 1:20

    Colossians 2:9

    Acts 17:27-30

    The Father purposes

    The Word (Jesus) speaks. ( John 1:1)

    The Spirit (Holy Spirit) executes the spoken word. Action.
