Hello, I am very much new to posting comment on this website, so I didn't know where to exactly ask this question here since I don't know myself... - little background info; I have been in the walk of being a Christian for 3 years I believe? Or 2..I mostly believe this because I was dealing with wickedness around said time that I chose to be a christian..- I feel as though I don't think, it's good to count that year as me being a Christian in whole even though I strongly believed Christianity to be completely 100% right.. - very much so, I screwed myself over..around said 2 half years.

Now that I put that out there ; um the question is this; how do I pray after a nightmare? ..I have had nightmares but they don't come a lot like they used to when I was just a child..right now as in my adult years I didn't get them like that - they completely stopped to decress as years passed by, me reading the king James Bible, listening to folks like Paul washer, living waters, etc..trying to stick to Christians that know of the walk to preaching it as well..- I have stumbled upon too many catholics - just basically lukewarm..that it got a bit hard for me to know some things, I would love to rely on the Bible but I am not good at finding such questions being answered in the Bible; at times i need to search them up or ask my sibling since he knows more then me a bit on such topics I am ignorant on with the Bible.

But yeah..I have been having either 1 out of the blue lustful dreams - just i cannot tell how many all i know is that it's less not like hard-core and some are just strange dreams that i don't get it..not like bad just weirdo dreams lol. Then comes the concerning one's that I have as well as the lustful dreams uh there the ones that I think I get it? But don't and those are like ones in which something is with me in my dream..I know this because this thing shows up, and I just usually say "nope, bye" xD..but it's not much like it used to randomly pop when I was child.

Three years is not a very long time to b a Christian . Dreams r a normal part of being human and so is sexuality . Make sure u read your Bible every day and I always say a prayer before I go to sleep , just to say thankyou to God for the passing day . Sometimes I find it hard to pray on a day when I'm very conscious of my own sinfulness . Then I remember that I should always thank God for His blessings and mercy towards me . So that's what I do , even when I'm thoroughly ashamed of myself I always pray and just say thankyou to God for all His kindness towards me . That's how I start my prayer and then , before I realise it I have been talking to Him for twenty minutes . Never stop talking to your Heavenly Father . He knows all your sins , He remembers all of those in the past and He already knows all your future sins . That doesn't stop Him from loving u . All relationships require effort and communication or they shrivel up and die and u suddenly realise that u haven't read your Bible or spoken to your Heavenly Father for a week . If that happens u need to start up again , never give up on Him , He is just a thought away and He never gives up on u . Being a Christian doesn't mean that u stop being a human .

Dear "ButtersxChan". Amos 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

Acts 2:17-21 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:

21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

The only thing you can do dear friend is trust in Jesus Christ. He is the same today as before. He will never leave you or let you go. His blood at Calvary made us clean once and for all. And rest in the Lord that He teaches you so that you will understand. No one puts a small child in the middle of the road and expects it to fend for itself.

Therefore when you wake up sweaty and paralyzed by dreams so horrible. Thank Jesus Christ for the dreams. Know that Jesus' blood will wash them away for you. He Is and knows of everything. Forgive and confess your sins to some Christians you trust. There may be revealed or hidden things that the Lord knows about, let Him guide you beloved. Love u in Christ
