Da. Nyet, Russia is not specifically mentioned in the OT, nor the NT. We do have some countries mentioned (as in Ezekiel 38:2) that are not countries that we can easily recognize today.
However, GiGi has shared recently a good understanding of some of those names mentioned in Ezekiel & what they are likely to be called today. So, I share her comments here for you:
"Gog and Magog are people who migrated northward to the far north of Israel, which would be Russia. Meshech and Tubal are people who settled in the area north of the Black Sea, today's Ukraine, southern Russia and Georgia. Gog is identified as the son of Rosh, which is now Russia. These peoples are descended from Japheth (Noah's son). Ezekiel 38 and 39 speak about these peoples who come against Israel in war."
Some say Gog, Magog.
It may be symbolic of "Bear" Revelation 13:2,
