Lord Jesus, help Isaiah to truly know You as Lord and Savior because Your word says that no one can say Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit. He is asking for Your Holy Spirit. Help him understand that the Spirit resides in every believer from the moment of regeneration as it is Your Spirit who regenerates those that are dead to God and need to be made alive. Help Isaiah understand it is Your Spirit in us that creates the faith to believe the gospel that tells of You and Your works for our salvation. Help Isaiah understand that it is Your spirit who makes us a new creation in You. So, if this has been done in Isaiah, then I pray that you will pour out Your Spirit upon and in Him, empowering him to do the work You have chose for him to complete. Have Your Spirit bestow on Isaiah the spiritual gifts You desire for him to have and exercise. Make Isaiah aware of the gifts You are equipping him with. Use him for Your glory in work You have chosen for him to do. WE ask this in Your name, Jesus. Amen.

The Scripture you quoted is Acts 2:17 "And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams," the Apostle Peter is quoting Joal 2:28, Joal having prophesized the Pentecost when Jesus would send the Holy Spirit. If you are born again, the Holy Spirit is given at the moment of salvation ( Ephesians 1:13). Galatians 3:2. This is in contrast to the filling of the Spirit referred to in Ephesians 5:18. We should be so completely yielded to the Holy Spirit that He can possess us fully and, in that sense, fill us. Romans 8:9. God bless you!
