Mishael , we may not be able to see each other but every morning I think about the regulars on here , I wonder what wisdom you have all left for me to browse when I get up . I sit by my bedroom window drinking coffee and reading this site every morning . It seems a lot goes on when I'm asleep ! The concept of "blasphemy against the Spirit" is mentioned in Mark 3:22-30 and Matthew 12:22-32. Jesus has just performed a miracle. A demon-possessed man was brought to Jesus, and the Lord cast the demon out, healing the man of blindness and muteness. The eyewitnesses to this exorcism began to wonder if Jesus was indeed the Messiah they had been waiting for. A group of Pharisees, hearing the talk of the Messiah, quickly quashed any budding faith in the crowd: "It is only by Beelzebul, the prince of demons, that this fellow drives out demons," they said ( Matthew 12:24).
Jesus rebuts the Pharisees with some logical arguments for why He is not casting out demons in the power of Satan ( Matthew 12:25-29). Then He speaks of the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit: "I tell you, every kind of sin and slander can be forgiven, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come" (verses 31-32).
The unpardonable/unforgivable sin or "blasphemy of the Holy Spirit" is mentioned in Mark 3:22-30 and Matthew 12:22-32. Jesus said, Truly I tell you, people can be forgiven all their sins and every slander they utter ( Mark 3:28), BUT then He gives one exception: "Whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; they are guilty of an eternal sin" (verse 29).
My comment: satan has never done anything good in his existence.
Frequently people may go up front of the church to be prayed for: for healing, favor finding work, a sick relative at the hospital, etc.
And then the prayer is answered according to THEIR FAITH IN GOD.
Some people will say, "ITS JUST A COINCIDENCE, the medication kicked in finally, or some other remark.
That's actually calling something that the Holy Spirit did, NOT a miracle.
Hi , there is no possible way you have committed the unpardonable sin, for only Gods elect can commit this , you must fully understand in what manner , that is possible. It can only be done , while the anti- Christ is here , an working his inequalities.
The blasphemy [against] the [Holy] Ghost shall not be forgiven. Compare Mark 3:28, Luke 12:10. Much discussion has arisen concerning the nature of sin AGAINST the Holy Spirit, and nothing is plainer. Mark 3:30 explains it. IT IS YOU SAYING Christ's works are through demon power. These works were wrought by the power of the Holy Spirit. See Luke 12:10

You need the spiritual covering of a Church. Don't feel like you have a bulls eye on your back. It is the Pastor/or Pastors wife, job to pray with you on issues like this.

The WORD says the Holy Spirit CAUSES ALL THINGS to be done OF THE WILL of the Holy Spirit, man says NO it's done by mans FREE WILL. Not the miracles of the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 12:32 Says this sin will not be forgiven in THIS AGE (of the calling out of the chosen) or the AGE TO COME (age of judgement); but after judgement they will learn righteousness ( Isaiah 26:9).
Only one of the elect, can commit the unpardonable sin ,.. an it's that way , because God protects the majority,.. for he knows only the elect can do this certain job ,.. the elect are not anymore special than all of us , an God loves all his children equally,.. there just the ones that fought Lucifer, when his pride got the best of him , an he fell , along with some angels that followed him instead of God ,.. also a third of our brothers and sisters also followed Lucifer, an that put our Heavenly Father, in a very frustrating situation,.. kill a third of his children ? Or destroy the whole situation, creating this flesh situation, for ALL to decide, weather you will follow God ? or satin ,.. the last shall be first, an the first shall be last ,.. welp , here we are , in the latter days ,.. will you help make Jesus' enemies his foot stool ? or will you be taken in by the false Jesus? Thanks. It's hard to explain to the lambs something as serious as blasphemy. I remember the first time I read, Jesus saying you can curse me, but NOT the Holy Spirit. I almost used borax on my vocabulary.
I have learned to let praise roll out when my mind is wandering. I sing and sound like a frog. :(
To not make it complicated, If you are worried about blaspheming the Holyspirit it is likely you HAVE NOT DONE IT.
What ever you have done to make you feel that way repent and ask God for forgiveness and he will forgive you.
1 John 1:9. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
