    I have been taught that God inhabits our praise. As I get references tp Psalms 23:3 yet I can not find a translation that says that. Is there such a scripture?

    You were nearly there :) Try Psalm 22:3. Though this refers to Israel yet it too is our experience, when we "offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name." ( Hebrews 13:15).
