There is a very simple explanation in the understanding of the sun and the moon "standing still" for a day. If the north and south poles were reversed it would create a long day. A simple way to see this phenomenon is to set a concrete mixer in motion and watch intently as it is turned over as in emptying it. It gives the impression of standing still and is a perfect example of the long day of Joshua

Lol. What are you talking about? The Sun and moon stood still. That means the earth stopped spinning. This was a miracle by God. Have some faith. Dont give in to the world who needs an exact logical explanation. They seek a sign. As a matter of fact, it would not surprise me if later on in the future, it is revealed that the sun actually circles the earth! Scientist always change their understanding every few years. When i was in school in the early 90s they taught us that the gravity of mars would crush you! Now they changed that! Truth is, science these days is not science anymore. Mostly baloney
