It is interesting that this online version removes the name of God, replacing it with the title LORD. My printed version of the KJV definitely shows the name Jehovah. Why has this been done?
Great question. However it was the translater that would be the one to answer that.
Have you heard of an Exhaustive Concordance? It has helped me tremendously in my biblical studies. They are made for different translations of the Holy Bible. Every word in that particular translation is listed, then it has a key to references of origin in original text with additional meanings, with a number reference to assist further.
For example my Strongest Strong's Exhaustive Concordance broken down in simplicity;
Exodus 3:1 GOD, reference #430 original Hebrew, (Ihm) GOD plural of majesty
Exodus 3:4 GOD, reference #430
Exodus 6:3 GOD reference #410 original Hebrew , GOD the Mighty One
P.S. I am not a JW.
