    Genesis 5:3 tells us that Seth was born when Adam was 130. So Cain and Abel were birn sometime before that, although we are not given the specific time that they were born. All of mankind are descendants of one man, Adam, and one woman, Eve 1 Corinthians 15:45, 1 Timothy 2:13, Jude 1:14, Romans 5:12,14 . In Genesis 5:4 we are told that Adam " begat sons and daughters. Therefore Cain's wife would have been a descendant of Adam and Eve.
