    According to the book of Matthew 6, the Lord make it clear to all Christ believer, that is good to pray, is also good to ask from the Lord, but what mater here is the manner in which you pray, and the manner in which you ask.See for example, he said we should not pray while standing,and when asking, we should not repeat it for him fro He knows are need before we ask.
