This verse reminds me of the apostle Paul's exhortation to the early church in Romans 8:31 b 'If God be for us, who can be against us' The great picture of the tower reminded me of the strength of our Protector and Saviour. Thank you for your discussion of this verse. I found it a real blessing.

This chapter tells the born again believer that each member of the Trinity is on our side. We absolutely cannot ultimately lose our salvation. We will face difficulty, persecution, trials and direct attacks from the enemy of our souls but we are heaven bound because of Christ and the blood He shed in our behalf. He was delivered for our offenses and raised for our justification!

He leads you to all truths. He shows u how to lead a christian life. And CH 8 says you are none of his without it. This is for ALL mankind. Ask to be filled. Acts 2:38 also. Praise him always.
This chapter develops from one spiritual level to the higher understanding. The children of God are not under condemnation whatsoever. Christ has totally redeemed them. The love of God enables them to move on and nothing can seperate us from our loving Father.

We can choose to walk in the flesh or walk in the Spirit : To walk in the Spirit of God is to be led by His word and to let us know what is wrong or right in our lives : To be led by God's Spirit is life and peace and as God says we are the sons of God when we allow ourselves to be led by Him !! God is so Good to us to give of His Spirit to us . How much more we should obey and submit to Him !!! Very Precious !!!
By this then we must know, that they who will not be led by the Holy Spirit, cannot be sons of God! And therefore it can only mean, that "the sons of God who saw the daughters of men..." could have in no wise been fallen angels! but fallen away disobedient men! So too, it was the turning away from the conviction and guidance of the Spirit, in the world of the beginning, that resulted in the whole world's corrupting beyond possibility of repair or reformation. For we read with those things, how the LORD said, "My Spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh..." showing unmistakably, a rejecting of the Spirit, for taking to satisfy the lusts of the flesh, and their portion in this life, without God: as the Apostle wrote "...having a form of godliness, but denying i.e. disowning, renouncing its power FROM SUCH WITHDRAW YOURSELF!" There is a very important sign for warning in understanding these things just as the Lord said, for a sign and warning that "as it was in the days before the cataclysm, so shall it be in the days when the Son of man shall be revealed." We saw what happened when they paid no attention to the word of God then it is the same today, that many having a form of knowledge and godliness, are denying it power and authority as to themselves and shall not escape the coming cataclysm of the Day of the LORD. To be led by the Spirit means, taking a course in life after the Words of Christ, in all things. To be led by the Spirit means, that we can expect trouble and temptations to beset us, and harass us, and seek to wear us down but we stand on the scriptures as Jesus did, and do not sin! To be led by the Spirit means, that we walk in this world as strangers and foreigners and not looking for setting up a permanent residence. To be led by the Spirit means, to take the way of faith without stage-playing of love out of a pure heart and of a good conscience toward God and men, in all our affairs and encounters in life. To be the sons and daughters of God means, to be made in His image and likeness, in the inner man, after the heart and nature of our Father in heaven.

Verses 38 and 39 show that absolutely nothing, not even death itself, can separate us from God's love. That is such a comforting thought of how deep and powerful God's love is.
That if i hv been living in christ,there is no condemnation that even when satan come to condemn,i will stand firm and proundly say that i belong to Jesus satan will be ashamed,for i will hv no fault.
We are saved by Grace and God's grace are sufficient enough. God is faithful to those who diligently seeking him. We are his anointed children therfore no one can touch his anointed one. The defeated enemy always defeated we own God's victors crown. Let's just give thanks to the blood of Jesus from his blood we are free , forgiven and pardoned. All we have to do is to praise him
The Spirit is making intercession for me daily. Within myself I don't always know what I need or even should ask for. So search my heart Holy Spirit. I am persuaded that nothing shall pull me away (separate) from the love of God. Though the storms may be raging in my life I'm determined to hold to God's unchanging hand.
Jesus enables us to be victorious and evade the arrows of the devil and breaking all the shackles that the devil puts on us. We must trust everything in Jesus, everything means our marriage, our children, our finances e.t.c. Trusting in Jesus only, Thats all, Trusting in Jesus only in everything. To trust in Jesus means we must forsake ourselves and our plans and our thoughts, and submit everything to HIM

ACCORDING TO ROMAMS 1: 16-17, FOR THE CHRISTIAN LIFE AND LIVING, FAITH IS ESSENTIAL, THE LAW OF FAITH, IS TO PRACTICED BY BIBLICAL CHRISTIANS, FAITH, THAT WORKETH LOVE, ARE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, THE SUPPERNATURAL LIFE STYLE, THE RESURRECTED LIFE, TAUGHT IN ROMANS 8:; LIVING IN CHRIST JESUS BY FAITH, THE POWER OF APPROPRIATION. ALL THE PROMISSES OF GOD IS REALIZED AND OBTAINED BY FAITH.
The events of Israel and of the world as a whole were known of God when He prepared for us atonement and a way of escape through Jesus; Yeshua, the Messiah, the saviour, the one true King. God's love is so great the he prepares so well in advance that we cannot begin to fathom the greatness of that love. Romans 8:29
Male or female distinction is not made. Those who have a heavenly hope await "release from their bodies" Romans 8:23, resurrected as spirit sons of God. And those that will live on paradise on earth ( Psalm 37:11), will have earthly human, male/female bodies.
