Look how God's longsuffering and everlasting mercy plays a role in the Nation!
Here's a few points that's often overlooked in this portion of scripture.
Israel was already given the law at this time, however the keeping of the law played no role in them entering the promise land.
Lack of faith did.
There were no requirements on their part but to trust in the unconditional promises God gave to Abraham.
It's God's reputation and ability to provide those promises was and still is on display.
As we look ahead into Ch 14 we see Moses making intercession for Israel by God's promises, "Not Israel's faithfulness"
Notice Numbers 14:11-16.
Today the Church has joined this group in their mockery of God's promises!
God could have ended it right there but he made Promises to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob "who's later named Israel" that he will make a nation out of them and they would inherit a Land that he laid out.
That's important because they have NEVER possessed all the Land. But they will!
Look at the means by which Moses petition God on the behalf of Israel in Numbers 14:17-
And now, I beseech thee, let the power of my LORD be great, according as thou hast spoken, saying,
The LORD is longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation.
Pardon, I beseech thee, the iniquity of THIS PEOPLE according unto the greatness of thy mercy, and as thou hast forgiven THIS PEOPLE, from Egypt even until now.
The Nation of Israel is given mercy and inheritance as God's first born.
Exodus 4:22.
Isaiah 14:1-2.
Hosea 2:23.
According to Paul he's not done with them and the promises will be fulfilled to them as a Nation and first born.
Jesus was a descendant of Judah through David's lineage (which was the line from which kings were to be chosen).
So Cheryl, this is the breakdown of the line of Shem, Noah's son.
The descendants of Japheth (Noah's son) populated the areas of southern Europe and north of Turkey. From these regions, the descendants of Japheth spread out north and east and west. Japheth's descendants were the most numerous of the three sons.
The descendants of Ham settled in the land of Canaan, Egypt, Ethiopia, and most of the African continent. It is believed that they also settled lands around the Indian Ocean.
So, we are not all Hebrews. People are either descended from Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Most of us are descended from more than one of these sons as intermarriage among cousins was common practice in the time of Noah's sons and descendants.
But, to answer your question, Adam and Eve were not Hebrews. The Hebrew people came to be after the flood. The world was populated by the descendants of Noah's three sons. Anyone who was not descended from Jacob (Israel) was a Gentile, as were everyone who came before Jacob.
Paul tells us in Romans 10:12; Galatians 3:7; 3:28-29; Ephesians 2:13-19 that in Christ we are all one in Him, neither Jew nor Greek (gentile) and are all children of Abraham due to our faith in Jesus. Together we are united in Jesus comprising "one new man" in Him, the promised Seed of Abraham to whom the covenant comes to fulfillment. Because Jesus is the true and intended final heir to the covenant made to Abraham, we in Him are made heirs to this covenant also because of our union with Christ.
Cheryl. I do not know how much more you wish to know on this topic. Maybe you can reply to me whatever you want further explanation. I will try to help with what you are seeking in your original post and any subsequent ones.
Even so, those of us who are in Christ are neither Jew nor Gentile
This will be the last comment I will make to you on this subject.
You keep saying that God is not "paper and ink". And of course that is true in the physical sense. But God ONLY communicates with mankind as the we "read" the scriptures or "hear" them read to us. "Faith cometh by HEARING and HEARING by the Word of God" Romans 10:17. God is not communicating to mankind using dreams or voices or visions or tongues coming directly from God once the Bible was completed with the book of Revelations.
Anyone that believes otherwise would be in violation of Revelation 22:18,19.
However, God the Holy Spirit must be active in opening our understanding and applying the Word to our heart, as we "HEAR" the Word with our spiritual ears. That is what Romans 10:17 is saying.
I hope you will come to understand that because it is very serious business if we do not.
I do agree that it is only through the blood and sacrifice and perfect life of Jesus that we are saved. But the Bible also says that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. ( Romans 10:13-17) Paul said that he is not ashamed of the Gospel for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth. ( Romans 1:26) So we are to know what the Gospel is and we are to share the Gospel with others. We are to study the Scriptures to show ourselves approved of God ( 2 Tim. 2:15) It is important to trust fully in the work of God in Christ for our salvation, be are to grow in grace and knowledge of Jesus. We find knowledge of Him in the written word-the Bible.
Dear Alex, your postings seem to denigrate the value and holiness of the Scriptures and in a way defames them. I know that you offend refer to multiple Scripture texts in most of your posts. So when you speak against the Scriptures you are sending a confusing message-on the one hand you seem to think that citing Scripture is important for the promotion of your point of view -and on the other hand you denounce the Scriptures.
So, I think that you can make your point in a way that does not slander the Scriptures. Please consider finding out how to do that in your posts. David is right. The Scriptures are our authority, not people's feelings, dreams, visions, "prophecies", or rational reasoning. I know that you value the Word, Alex, but in recent posts your wording sounds like you don't.
Not exactly sure what you are saying in this post but you seem to be making a grave error if you believe the Bible, the written Word of God, is somehow not for us today. And that God had some different "Salvation" for Old Testament true believers than for New Testament true believers.
Before the Bible was completed, God spoke directly to individuals and actually appeared in various forms to them. Once the Bible was completed with the book of Revelation, God very clearly states in Rev 22:18,19 that we are neither to add nor take away anything from the Bible and there are very serious penalties for doing so. This means that we are never to look for any communication from God in the form of a dream or a vision or a tongue, etc. The Lord Jesus Christ, Eternal God Himself, identifies Himself with the Bible very directly in John 1:1-5 He states:
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
Today, Christ, the living Word, speaks to us ONLY through His written Word, the Bible, as God, the Holy Spirit would lead us into Truth as we search the scriptures. Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by HEARING and HEARING by the WORD OF GOD.
The Bible alone and in its entirety is the Word of God.
Rev 22:18,19
For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and from the things which are written in this book.
0817880641. You asked, "what is a gentile to God?" When we think of a 'gentile' (or, a non-Jew), we can only use the word after Noah, the Flood, & ultimately his sons as they & their descendants departed & inhabited the 'new world' (post-Flood). Before Noah, there were no Jews or Israel - but man from the very beginning began to depart from worshiping the true God. So when you look at the generations from Shem (Noah's son, through whom God called out His special people), in Genesis 11:10-26, we see that God had a specific plan to bring about blessing first to Israel & then to the gentiles. Even though it might seem that the gentile was unimportant to God, because they did not receive His Favor, His Laws, & His Presence, gentiles were never far from God's thoughts, even using them to sometimes bless or chastise His people.
Till the coming of Jesus, His Sacrifice for all sinners (Jew & Gentile alike: Romans 10:12, "For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him"), the gentile had little knowledge or participation in the Grace of God. Therefore, gentiles, as the Jew, are from the one Adam onto Noah & his sons - all are precious to Him & all will fulfill His Plan for the world.
You have questioned your position & purpose as a gentile before God. The Apostle Paul reminds us in Romans 9:25,26, "As he saith also in Osee (Hosea), I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved. And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God" ( Hosea 2:23). This is speaking about us, to us. If you as a gentile rejected God's Call on your life to salvation & blessing, then you would be in the same boat as the Jew, who received the blessings, but still rejecting God's Grace in His Son. "There is no difference". You are more precious to God if you have called upon Him.
In the coming storm the LORD JESUS CHRIST is our shelter in the time of storm. May we trust and believe in all that the LORD has given to us to hear, heed, receive and accomplish for HIS praise and glory. Salvation and redemption Romans 10: 9-12; Study His Word 2 Timothy 2:15; know why we study 2 Timothy 3:16, 17; Love the lost 2 Peter 3:9; Go make disciples Matthew 28: 18-20. Pray for God's will 1 Timothy 2: 1-4. GOD be praise! Galatians 2: 20; 5:16
This is my understanding of the re-birth experience - when the Holy Spirit comes in to reside, the life must change completely & irrevocably - if that doesn't happen (& the person will know it, if truthful), then that re-birth claim is spurious, thus giving way to many deceived but 'religious' persons in the Church.
Acts 19:1-7. I've understood those disciples to be ones of Jesus, not John (sorry if I misled you in this). We know that Jesus had many disciples, not just the twelve ( Luke 6:13; Luke 10:1), so these twelve in Ephesus may well be counted amongst those who believed that Jesus was the Messiah & attended to Him whenever they could. The disciples that Paul met were only baptized by John (not in his name but by him, hence called John's baptism). They never heard of the Holy Spirit, because under John's baptism, that wasn't necessary - they received his baptism pointing towards repentance & the Savior. And why should they be baptized first & then receive the Holy Spirit? In this formation of the Church, we do read of the Holy Spirit being given after the laying on of hands (here in Acts 19:6; Acts 8:13-17), so evidently, water baptism can precede reception of the Holy Spirit in those days. So, at that time, they seemed to be separate events, but today the Holy Spirit is received by true repentance & faith in Christ ( Romans 10:9,10). As Paul stated, salvation comes by confession & believing - and in my understanding, salvation can only happen by the Work of the Holy Spirit within the person. Onto Page 3.
No GOD does not need faith for HIS word Is Faith as its written. Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Remember all the words of God is pure and there's no unrighteousness with HIM.
Amen
Remember
acts 20;21
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Well this is what the verse in Mark 16:16 says, "He that believeth AND IS BAPTIZED shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned"
Note that it says "believe and be baptised", not just "believe". Similarly on Pentecost Peter said to the Jews, Acts 2:38, "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, AND BE BAPTIZED every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.". So we must repent and be baptised in the name of Jesus to have our sins forgiven and be saved.
In Romans 10:9, says, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.". That confession the scripture talks about is done during baptism. It is what that eunuch confessed just before Philipp baptised him, Acts 9:37, "And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God."
In w/baptism a believer is making a public confession of their faith to Jesus. It is a "must" so that the remission of sins is completed.
Just for information the early church wrote many creeds of faith. One of the them was the Nicene Creed written in 325 AD in Nicea (in Asia Minor). Among others it says "We affirm(aknowledge or confess) one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.". Creeds were a sum of the major points of faith believed by the early church. I know many do not want to have anything to do with those creeds but still it shows what the church believed in the early 3rd centuary, not so long after Jesus came on earth.
Tomorow I will come back with Baptism of the Holly Spirit.
Just one question. In the incident that Phillip went to Samaria and preached the gospel to them, when do you think those people were born again?
I agree that for the most part, in Romans 9 Paul is speaking about ethnic Israel, who mostly rejected Jesus and he says that a remnant will be saved. The subject really is not Israel nor the Church but God's righteousness and mercy and how one receives these.
Romans 10:14 says that there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek; for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him. So, Paul is speaking to gentiles believers here and chapter 9 and 11. Showing them that though they were not God's people, gentiles are now God's people ( Rom. 9:25-26) So I think that Paul was actually contrasting believers (both Jews and Gentiles) and unbelieving Jews.
I think the verse you quoted in the final post is from Romans 11:22, not Hebrews.
You know, it seems that Christians are all so happy to agree that one is saved who calls on the name of the Lord and confess with one's mouth and believe in one's heart. ( Romans 10:9-13) and this is indeed true. This is what my sons did in their younger years. But then when someone turns away from Jesus, Christians say, "well, He must not have been truly saved." So, I say, did God not truly save them when they believed, confessed, and called upon Him? Does He save some times and not others? Romans says that anyone who does what this verse in Romans IS truly saved. When any Christian says of someone who turns from the faith in Jesus as not being truly saved, they make God a liar and not true to His inspired word.
And for the one who has turned away, how devasting for them to hear that they were not "truly saved" before they fell away. If it were me, I would then be convinced that God was a deceiver and unsafe to put one's trust in. I would not want to return to believe upon Jesus if the first time I was "not truly saved". How would I know that this next time I would be "truly saved" and be confident in being justified before God? This is a truly wicked way to handle the situation of a believer departing from faith. I could never say this to my sons: 1) because I do not believe that they were not truly saved and 2) the response of the one in peril is one of despair without hope of God doing what He promised.
The integrity of God's character is more important than to fall into this excuse of seeing those who left the faith as "not being truly saved" so that one can continue to uphold the doctrine of "Once Saved Always Saved".
I believe that the salvation of anyone is a work of God towards sinners, for sinners cannot make themselves spiritually alive from being dead in sin. Regeneration is a work of the Holy Spirit and He does this when the gospel is heard.....cont
This passage mirrors what our nation is going through. The USA was once famous for our vast fields and vineyards as Moab was. To prevent further ruin to our nation, we must return to the LORD GOD and to HIS worship in truth and in Spirit.
John 4: 24
Let us all turn our hearts to the LORD and HIS precepts, HIS promises and glorify HIM.
Only the true GOD can and will bring to pass what HE promised as HE has spoken. The ruin of our nation is at hand and there is no escape except through submission unto the LORD JESUS CHRIST. 1 Timothy 2:1-3; 2 Chronicles 7:14, 15; 2 Peter 3:9; Romans 10: 9-12; 12:1,2

Assurance of salvation series: Part 1-Just what is salvation?
Most of us are familiar with the verse in Romans 10:9-10 where we are told to confess with our mouth and believe in our hearts that Christ is Lord. I thought that I would focus on the second part since "confessional regeneration" as some Calvanists like to spin it today seems to be a rampant event. First; of course we have to assume that we are confessing the true Christ and not a New Age One; that is from a spirit that confesses that Christ indeed came in the flesh as opposed to the verse 1 John 4:3 that would cover any other errant one such as that He was just a great teacher; a Prophet or something to that affect. Truly He was the "I AM" ( John 8:56-59). That truth; as I have pointed out in previous posts proved that Peter knew with Divine Revelation such information ( Matt. 16:17). That gives us some understanding that with Judas Iscariot that likely wasn't revealed although it in not stated.
As stated earlier as well; the Calvanist likes to use the term "total depravity" describing the human soul state of unregenerate man. It is hard to argue with such logic when we see verses such as Psalm 58:3; and Isaiah 53:6; not to mention the progression toward the madness in Revelation 19; also reflected in Psalm 2.
I tend to think of our calloused hearts much like going to the dentist having our teeth cleaned. Most of us miss certain areas flossing; the plaque buildup requires major scraping; reflossing; and deep treatments with flouride while we marvel at the disgusting smelly crap that has built up in between our teeth despite what we considered adequate care. Maybe it is only me.
Or; we could look at C.S. Lewis quoting Edmond in the Narnia Series (not sure which one) where Christ was compared to a lion.
The character expected a mild peeling away of the dead skin; instead it penetrated like heart surgery. Such imagery also was given to Aslan as to how deep he had to be wounded for us.
We are told in Romans 10:13, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
That is a promise. If you call out to Him and cry out to Him for mercy and to save you, He will do it. And the evidence of that, especially for a Hebrew and Jewish person is that with their mouth they will be making confession that He is their personal Lord.
1 Corinthians 1:12 says that we cannot even call upon Him as our Lord Jesus without the Holy Spirit. A religious person can, but out of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, we cannot start talking to Jesus as our personal Lord without the Holy Spirit. We don't have that ability.
But the manifestation that we have that personal relationship, it's not working for it. It's by faith, receiving Him, and with our mouth, making confession, and with our heart believing that our Messiah was raised up from the dead. And there's no difference between Jew and Greek. Whoever will call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. That's a promise!
So please, if you have not already done so, call out to the Lord to have mercy on you and to save you. Romans 10:13 is a promise for all who call out to Him. He will save you, and He will give you His Spirit which will abide in you forever. Please call out to Him today to save you. Surrender your life to Him. Since none of us are guaranteed tomorrow, tomorrow may be too late.
If you feel God's Spirit drawing you to Christ, do not harden your heart to the call. Receive Him. Surrender your life to Him! ( Psalm 95:7-8).
Dear KhberryS, God will deliver you, but you must take the first step to remove these drugs from your life. Quit taking them, get counseling, join a 12-step program, and talk to your pastor. If you aren't saved, ask Jesus to come into your heart.
If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.- Romans 10:9-13.
This being the Sunday where we honor Jesus' Resurrection; I don't want to delve too deeply into a new subject of controversy to stimulate discussion. I am planning; Lord willing to tackle the topic of "once saved; always saved" in terms of what (in the correct sense) that means; and what it doesn't mean. Ephesians 2:6-7 seems to indicate that we are in some sense "already raised" with Him; and glorification seems to be the final result of a saved individual after glorification according to Romans 8:30. That also; BTW matches up with John 3:16 with an ongoing (as the Greek indicates) process; rather than someone who believes in a mere confession never dying. These verses fit into the first concept that those who are called and chosen have what we may call undue "favor" on their lives; preserved on this earth until in time and space a verbal confession and change of heart occurs ( Romans 10:9). Also it is a continuing process of sanctification; resulting in good fruit being produced. I will fill in more scripture later on based on that topic.
A basic stumbling block is those who say that any sin can make us disqualified to enter heaven. 1 John 1:10 should be a clear rebuttal of that; and Paul's letters to the Corinthians who clearly were manifesting "carnal" behavior as well as other warnings about losing reward and getting into heaven as though through the fire ( 1 Cor. 3:15) show that there is a more complex theology involving not just the saved and lost but those who are at various levels in their walk. It appears; however that those who are exposed to any truth are held accountable and judged in a harsher manner ( Matt. 11:21 for example).
There are many sections of scripture such as large portions of Hebrews which are very challenging; my Dake's Bible has many hundreds of verses that make it seem we can lose our salvation; some of which are more easily refuted than others.
May we be faithful as we pray for our nation's leadership and their need for a relationship with our LORD JESUS CHRIST. 1 Timothy 2:9. Let us not faint or be weak; but may we go forward and reach the lost. May we be not weary of well doing, but be strong through HIS word and promises.
We must be about the work of the LORD, making disciples as we called to do in Matthew 28: 18-20.
As GOD is not willing that anyone should perish, 1 Peter 3:9, we must be encouraged and plant the seed, water where we can so that the LORD GOD will give the increase. 1 Corinthians 3:6
The time is at hand where all saints are called to duty and reach out, pray up, and tell to all the salvation available in the gospel of the LORD JESUS CHRIST. Romans 10: 9-12; Acts 4:10-12.
GOD bless all on this platform and praise the LORD on this Resurrection Sunday, 2023. GOD to shine HIS face on all, and be gracious as we await HIS coming.

We do have the results of them following instructions In the book of Hebrews.
We know that faith comes by hearing. Romans 10:17.
By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh. Hebrews 11:4.
Abel offered his offering by faith.
We know in Genesis he offered the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. The sacrfice must have been specific instructions.
Barbara, Hold on sister! Help is on the way! God has heard your prayer. He does love you, and JESUS does love you. Keep knocking on Heaven's door. Jesus WILL make a way for you and those precious children. Matthew 7:7-8. Keep crying out to Him.
I'm praying for you this morning. Heaven knows YOUR name!

Repentance is so important. Lay down everything you can think of that you know is sin. Ask God ( in Jesus mighty and powerful name ) to help you repent and forgive you. He will help you with all of these needs. And make up your mind that you're gonna live for Him no matter what comes your way. If you fall get back up again, this is a battle and you will get knocked down sometimes but don't stay down. Let me back up. Many Christians believe that mental illness is nothing more than demonic possession, and that could very well be, but not all. What you need to do is differentiate between the two--find out if you are being influenced by demons or have schizophrenia or some other mental illness.
Have you been born again?

Thinking these thoughts that sometimes come because we live in the last times.
Dear God, Father in Heaven, You who know about all things small and great. You who do not change. Earlier in the same chapter 10, we can read about Paul's concern that Israel cannot yet see Jesus. . Some can now Amen Hallelujah we got to experience Him. We thank You God for all that You have given us, also the important one the Holy Spirit who has deposited in our hearts. Amen! We pray that we may still be living Christians, so that those outside may be converted from darkness to light. May Your Light shine in us Lord Jesus Christ in Your name we pray, Amen. By the will of God the Father, Amen
Stay strong in the word of God, remember me in your pray, love u in Christ.
Actually the bible does teach that all will be saved in Jeremiah 31:34....This New Covenant is all inclusive....Not like the old covenant ...I will KNOW them all from the least to the greatest...This KNOW them all is an intimacy with humanity resulting in a birth of Christ in everyone....And Isaiah saw this intimacy this KNOWLEDGE with humanity as the waters of God covering the earth as the waters covering the seas....The seas imply humanity thats everybody....If i be lifted up (The blood) of that NEW COVENANT I will draw ALL men unto me.... 1st Cor 15:28...All thing are gonna be subject to Christ and God will be ALL in ALL
...And this is the reason that Jeremiah saw ALL men in travail and birth pains Jeremiah 30:6...Everybody is gonna be bornagain in the end....27 times the prophets saw this world in travail and birth pains....Thus the whole creation waits for the manifestation of the sons of God....The Children of Promise... the remnant of his brethren...an Israel of God...The babes and sucklings that are gonna be born to humanity via his precious seed ...Simply b/c that GREAT PROMISE was that Christ wd be multiplied as the stars of Heaven...This New Covenant is All inclusive...Thats y John saw a number that no man cd number standing b/f the throne of God...clothed with white raiment...They were all washed in the blood of the lamb....
......When he fed the multitudes he didn't cull not 1 single one of them...he fed them all with a childs lunch the Child being symblolic of the H.G....The manchild that is gona rule ALL NATIONS with his rod of iron....Not only did Moses rule all Israel but he fed all Israel with his glorious Rod...We gotta keep in mind that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us...Thats indicative of everybody... Romans 10:20 And i was found of them that sought me NOT and made manifest unto them that asked NOT after me...Thats indicative of everybody...If i be lifted up I will draw all men unto me...The lords arm is not too short to save ALL
Jude 1:14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousand saints.
Jude 1:15 To EXECUTE JUDGEMENT ON ALL ----is this ALL creation or not ---- and to CONVINCE ALL ---is this ALL creation or not ---- that are ungodly among them of ALL ---is the all or just part ---- their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
Do you think when this JUDGEMENT is EXECUTED against them it will CONVINCE them to TURN from their ways and bow and confess Christ as LORD.
Everyone (ALL) is either going to be a JUDGE or be JUDGED.
All this happens when Christ resurrects the ungodly back to their flesh and blood bodies.
Isaiah 29:9 ....when thy JUDGEMENTS are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world WILL LEARN RIGHTEOUSNESS.
Every knee will BOW and every tongue will CONFESS: CHRIST IS LORD.
Romans 14:11
Isaiah 45:23
Philippians 2:10
Romans 10:10 ....and with the mouth confession is made unto SALVATION.
The truth is, MJ, it is impossible for anything to prevent you from living a victorious life in Christ, but you. Read what Paul says:
Romans 8
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Have you been saved?
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.- Romans 10:9-13.
If you have been saved, If you are saved, form the habit of daily devotions--praying and reading the Bible, including studying the Gospel of John which teaches Jesus's deity, and what the Apostles Peter and Paul wrote about growing strong in our walk with Christ Hebrews 5:11-6:12, 1 Cor. 3:1-4, 10-15, Eph 4:11-16, 1 Pet. 2:1-3, 2 Pet.1:3-10. When you sin, ask forgiveness and repent from ever doing it again. Jesus's blood is sufficient to cover all your sins. 1John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Ask Him to search your heart, know your thoughts to see if there be any wickedness in you, and show you the way to walk. Psalms 139:23, 24 "Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting." And your sins will be blotted out.
Romans 10:19-21 through
Romans 11:1-4.
Conclusion.
Romans 11:30-32.
God bless.
Part 2
Let me add to those wonderful verses Gigi has given.
Galatians 5:22-23 list faith as one of the fruit of the Spirit so faith is something WE don't produce however it's what we bare as branches.
It's Christ faith in us!
He was able to plant faith inside us and how He increases it is us abiding in his word.
Romans 10:17. So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
1 Peter 2:2. As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:
Prayers;
The Lord answers our prayers.
To a lost world he's telling them to turn to him.
To us he know what we need before we even ask.
He's asking us to trust him as a father who loves his children and his timely answer is always what's best for us.
We just keep serving and growing in the Lord.
Tarry with the Lord.
God bless you.

Spencer.
GBU
The LORD make HIS face to shine upon all on this forum, and be gracious unto all who call on HIS name: Numbers 6:25
April 15, 2023
GOD to shine HIS face on all, and be gracious as we await HIS coming.
...... Titus 3:57.....Not by works of righteousness which we have done but by his mercy and regeneration of the H.G. that we are saved....Its not about us....When Jesus said it finished there are no more works we can do to obtain salvation....The H.G. is the gift of God....To humanity....God so loved the world....But we have to wait for his book to be opened b/f the Kingdom can come....The Kingdom is not here just yet...Remember God told Daniel do thy way Daniel till the words of book that is sealed is opened... Daniel 12 :8 kjv....That N.C. in his blood....I am the light of the world but the nite comes when no man can work...But Micah 5:3 tells us that God was gonna give them up till the woman is in travail and birth pains....And Rev. 12 :10 kjv says that NOW IS COME Salvation and THE KINGDOM of our lord and his Christ...etc...But plz note the kingdom does not come till the book is opened and the woman gives birth to the Children of the Kingdom....Unless you receive the Kingdom as lil Child you will in no wise enter there in....But not to worry as Jeremiah 30:6 Jeremiah sees all all all men in travail and birth pains...A time of Jacobs trouble which is an Israel of God .
Goodnight and God bless.
Galatians 5:1 kjv, Revelation 3:10-11 kjv.

His mercy is brand new every single morning so hit your Heavenly Father up first thing in the morning as soon as you open your eyes.Go and find a Bible teaching preaching church. James 5:16. Call on God,call on Jesus!
Much love to you sister. Jesus loves you.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16
Paul and Silas's jailer asked them in ACTS 16:30 ..."Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" Their answer was as simple as this in ACTS 16:31 ..."Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved..." Simple as that.
Jesus will help you through all your problems. Psalms 34:4 I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
If you have broken the law, you may have to face those charges, but Jesus will be there with you. The verdict may not be what you want, but it will be God's will, and that is the best way, for He knows what benefits us more than we do.
God Bless!
Let me back up. Many Christians believe that mental illness is nothing more than demonic possession, and that could very well be, but not all. What you need to do is differentiate between the two--find out if you are being influenced by demons or have schizophrenia or some other mental illness.
Have you been born again?
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

Gal 6:16....And the Children of PROMISE....The Kingdom....Unless you receive the Kingdom as a lil Child impling that new birth you will in no wise enter there in...There is not a day that goes by that i don't thank GOD for what he did at Calvary...That N.C. by his blood....That all inclusive Covenant....I will know them all from the least to the greatest....And they shall all be taught of God... Jeremiah 31:34....If i be lifted up i will draw all men unto me...Even as Moses lifted up a serpent in the wilderness even so must the Son of man be lifted up... John 3 :14....Every one who beheld that bronze Serpent lived, their snake bite was not fatal...The spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made us free from the law of sin and death... Romans 8 :2....sometimes we get bit but our snake bite is not fatal if we behold the lamb of God that taketh away the sins of the world. gb
Amen! By the will of God the Father, Amen
Stay strong in the word of God, remember me in your pray, love u in Christ.

Romans 10:20 And i was found of them that sought me NOT and made manifest unto them that asked NOT after me...Thats indicative of everybody...If i be lifted up I will draw all men unto me...The lords arm is not too short to save ALL
Are you going to judge the world with Christ?
God Bless YOU!
God Bless!
