Jay: Wherefore He is Able also to Save Them to The Uttermost that come Unto God by Him, Seeing He Ever Liveth to Make Intercession for Them.( Hebrews 7:25). We don't Keep Ourselves Saved. We're Keep by The Blood of The Lamb/ If You Offend in One Point, to Keep The Whole Law, Your Guilty of All ( James 2:10)

I believe we must me sinless to keep our salvation. Other wis we would not need repentance, we must live in accordance with his commandments. Or we are living as sinners. Through Grace we were given ability to live by his commandments in order not to sin and stand apart from sinners.

    1) The Savior, differentuate between Him and His FATHER. He and His FATHER are two separate entities, working towards the same goal, which is to save us, All of us. 2) We are still obligated to do the10 Commandments, even though it is 2018. And the Commandments are not grievous. Just do it, you would be surprised, it IS for OUR BENEFIT. PLEASE!!! ALWAYS LOVE.

Charles (cont.); God teaches man knowledge and gives him understanding and power to do all the things he does. "Without me you can do nothing." John 15:5 All that men have made with the world, they made by the knowledge and power of God. Dividing the day into 24 hours isn't a myth, any more than the passing of the days and the seasons, and the years and the times. Everything God does is perfect.

"These things I command you, that ye love one another. If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hates you." As the Lord told Peter to "Put up your sword into its place;" we are not to join causes to go to war with those.
  • Bobb White on John 15 - 6 years ago
As a retired minister, I preached and taught from this book countless times. I have, and still do, tell people if they never read a book from beginning to end, be sure it is this one. It is the only gospel that leans primarily on His love, and how we should strive to love each other. It is more than His teaching us, it is a direct commandment.
  • Jay de Leon M on John 15 - 6 years ago
John 15 reinforces our connection with Christ as we are compared to branches of the tree which symbolizes Him, our Lord. It is, indeed, an undeniable truth that without Him, we amount to nothing. This life is meaningless without faith, without love.
  • Jeff Berry on John 15 - 7 years ago
Jesus gave reasons why seed might not germinate (Chp 13; including not dying Chp 12). While groweth is essential fruit is the reproduction of a kind. I don't think we will always know when fruit has been produced (Chp 4)

In Phil. 2:2, 5 we are invited: “Fulfill ye my joy, that ye be like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind… Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus…” God wants us to be one with Him, to live in our hearts and minds. “Abide in me, and I in you. John 15:4". “Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you...? 1Co 6:19"
  • BSP on John 15 - 7 years ago

  • Peter A. Okebukola on 2 Chronicles 7 - 7 years ago
A Disciple: You are absolutely correct; I cannot agree with you less! It should be stressed however that the power to overcome sin does not rest with us alone. The accuser of the brethren is ever lurking to let is stray. We should rest on the power of the Holy Spirit and seek divine Grace to flee the devil and run away from sin. Without Him (Jesus), we can do NOTHING ( John 15:5).
  • A disciple on Mark 9 - 7 years ago
Bruce; Why are you so obstinate about holding on to your WRONG ideas? You choose watered down language and human thinking to make it more comfortable for the sinner, but betray the extreme seriousness and peril of going to hell, that he is in! This adding to a misguided notion that one doesn't need to know the Word to be saved, is teaching people to despise the Scriptures! John 15:3; Romans 10:14
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly on Ephesians 1 - 7 years ago
Disciple:My sins are washed, forgiven and forgotten. Our sin has to be washed NOT covered washed by the blood words of the bible John 15:3. Forgiven and forgotten. Hebrews 8:12] For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more." John 15:[3] Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
