When reading the 19th verse we ss God saying He Is telling us the truth. He declares things right! Look up to 18th verse and see the truth. God created a beautiful planet earth. This will take you on a trip to see what happen. If you seek. To the earth age being distroyed in Jeremiah 4:22 to understanding 2nd Peter 3. To the death sentence of satan in Ezekiel 28 and to the stealing of the stars in Revelation 12. To Job 38:7 and Proverbs 8. To learning the 4th word in the 2nd verse of Genesis "was" is "become" and you will see that when God speaks of knowing men as Jeremiah in the book of Jeremiah and Jacob He loved and esau hated was because we were all here before.
I believe this was millions of years ago and God created a beautiful earth as He said in Isaiah 45:18. At that time we were with Him as its spoken of in Proverbs 8:31 and again the whole family was mentioned in Job 38:7.
What I receive from this. Billions of years ago God created a home for us. Wisdom was flowing from Father in joyful happiness and we sons of man and wo-man were very happy. For the earth is so beautiful a place to live. God is powerful created matter and atoms. If you read Job 38:7 that same subject has all the family stars and sons of men..we are His stars and sons & wo-men.
I bet When O`Job heard God say in verse 7 all the souls of His family were there was surprised. All the stars and all the sons of God. Well, that's all the family.
In Job 38:24 we read: ��By what way is the light parted, which scattereth the east wind upon the earth?��

Light passing through vapour of burning iron has hundreds of vibrations absorbed, leaving in their stead that number in black lines. But if the salt or iron is glowing gas, in the source of the light itself [red], the same lines are bright instead of dark.
this verse of scripture is a call for believer's to take CHARGE - wherever they are and whatever the situation. It calls for rising early to pray and program the day to your favor and to GOD's glory.
Jesus said "Occupy till I come" rising early to command the morning, to speak into the womb of the day, to take charge in the spirit realm so that Satan cannot run free in our environment is the surest way to occupy.
Whatsoever we bind on earth is bound in heaven, imagine what orderliness and peace we will enjoy if every believer will.rise early to take charge of their environment binding the demons of immorality, sicknesses and dieases, lack and insufficiency, divorces, rebellion, every work of the devil!

As for the light thing some guy mentioned genesis 1:1 God created the heavens and the earth - what it DOES NOT SAY heavens and then the earth. Some Assume the the action of creating the earth and heavens were seperate this scripture shows they were not.That goes for everything already in the heavens too (stars planets moons) Verse 3 shows that thier was light before vegetation and obviously the sun how else could light be there? On the second �day,� the atmosphere evidently continued to clear, creating a space between the thick clouds above and the ocean below. On the fourth �day,� the atmosphere gradually cleared to such an extent that the sun and the moon were made to appear �in the expanse of the heavens.� ( Genesis 1:14-16) In other words, from the perspective of a person on earth, the sun and moon began to be discernible. These events happened gradually.
The Genesis account also relates that as the atmosphere continued to clear, flying creatures�including insects and membrane-winged creatures�started to appear on the fifth �day.�
The Bible�s narrative allows for the possibility that some major events during each day, or creative period, occurred gradually rather than instantly, perhaps some of them even lasting into the following creative days.

Job 38:26 simply means that God caused the mist of rain clouds to water the earth before man came into being when the earth was without form and void. Botanical life came into being first followed by breathing life.
