To bear the spirit is to LIVE FOREVER

I believe that there is a life to live that is FREE FROM SIN. Yes I said it FREE FROM SIN. I don 't believe that someone can live a life free from sin without the Holy Ghost. I want Verses 22 and 23 in my life at all times.

"For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. " Romans 8 2 . Jesus paid the price for us and now we are loosened from the bonds of the devil. But this does not give us an excuse to given into the desires of the flesh. Instead, we are to be like Christ and walk as He walked. Jesus went about doing good and helping others.God 's love constrains His people to do good and serve and obey one another. We should have a willing heart to help people. We are to do good especially to the household of faith. Think about others and not ourselves. This is done by the will of God and being obedient to the call He has placed on our lives, when He called us out of darkness and into His marvelous and holy light.

I am called to liberty since I am raised and seated in heavenly places in CHRIST JESUS, I shall not give in to the lust of the eye and flesh or pride of life, for I serve a higher law which empowers me to serve the body of CHRIST.

This is a very good verse everytime I read it gives me more conformation.we are in Biblestudy for 3 months on verse 19 21.TO GOD BE THE GLORY

I always notice that people skip over verses 19 21 go straight to verse 22.. You must understand that in order to have the fruit of the spirit, you have to get rid of sin. If you are doing anything that is described in verses 19 21 even if it 's once in a while, you are not save if you die in your sin, you will go to hell. You can 't have joy peace until you repent. God will take any desire of sin out of you once he do it, it 's gone for good. But know this, when he does it, the devil is waiting to draw you back. Yield not to temptation. If you stay willing obedient, ye shall eat the fat of the land , which means God will keep you save if you truly want to be save you will be blessed in everything you do. Repent today before it 's everlasting too late Jesus is coming back!!!!!!!!

As a Christian the only we to avoid the pollution of the world is to walk in the spirit. Verse 16 of chapter 5 sums it all! Holy Father, through my Lord Jesus enable us to remain pure by ur Spirit

I love this scripture I first learned of this scripture in church It came alive right there as I sat in the chapel and was being taught the word First o learned there is two spirits The spirit of the devil or the spirit of the only wise GOD GOD THE FATHER WANT S US TO BE THE VERY EXAMPLE OF LOVE PEACE LONGSUFFERING GENTLENESS GOODNESS AND FAITH FOR GOD SO LOVE THE WORLD SANCTIFY YOURSELF AND THE GOD OF PEACE WILL SANCTIFY you wholly These scriptures are partners to the fruit of the spirit scriptures GOD LOVES

Vs 22-23 is a blessing to me, because this where Christ wants everyone of His children to come and be more like Him. Ask yourselves what is your fruit like, what kind of fruit are you producing everyday. Are we short patient? Are you kind? Are we gentle? Examine yourselves.

I believe the fruit referred to in Song of Solomon 7:13 may be the same as the treasures referred to in Matthew 13:52. Jesus said that scribe who becomes a disciple of the Kingdom is like one who brings out of his storehouses treasures he has laid up, both new and old. The maiden, likened unto the Bride of Christ tells her beloved she has laid up for him fruits new and old. Therefore, we, as the Bride of Christ and the disciples of the Kingdom must lay up fruit, both new and old, for our Beloved. What is this fruit that we must lay up, then ? Quite a few references to spiritual fruit can be found ( Galatians 5:22-23; John 15:1-17; Matthew 7:15-20...). However, I think the mystery lies in the new and the old. Jesus wants us to seek it out, to decipher the parable for ourselves. What is the new fruit and what is the old fruit ? When we have dug deep we will discover the answer and can lay up all manner of those pleasant fruits for our Master.

Gal chapter 5 verse 22. Today is our 9th marriage anniversary. This verse referred to me by my mum for us to keep our love burning because it is the fruit of the spirit. I thank god for this long he has brought us. Blessed us with 3 kids. God is great

Christ the anointed has set you free from every yoke of bondage (Isah 10; 27) therefore u need to continue with Him and keep His fire burning in you. U can't afford to go back unto perdition(Heb10;39) or get cold bcos this can land u in a new bondage. The devil is walking about roaring like a lion seeking whom he may devour( 1st pet 5;8). give the devil no chance but continue with Christ in all sincerity

I pray that, GOD will give me LOVE enough so that, I will be able to over look the mistake of others and LOVE them as CHRIST LOVED me! and in other hand; I pray that, Liberty will not be a Licenc for me to do evil or to hort others In JESUS Name Amen.

Praise the Lord I have been called into liberty : free from sin : but that does not give me the right to yield to my fleshly desires :my liberty is not a license to give an occasion to sin .I am called to love and serve. Praise the Lord for his Grace and Goodness !!!!!

The spirit Vs the flesh and whatever is clean to the spirit is unclean to the flesh forexample the spirit says do not steal yet the flesh needs money to yield utility so the flesh commits theft which is contrary to the spirit.In order to walk in the spirit you have to forego the desires of the flesh

Read Galatians 3:19-29. The first point is that we are no longer under the law. The law was given for a reason as the scriptural reference states. That aside, pants never existed as at the time when this law was given. I've never come across any portion of the scripture where God assigned pants to be a males dressing. Also Read Galatians 5:13. Ye have been called to liberty ; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. So you clearly see that it's about the state of your heart and you are clearly no longer under the bondage of the law. Gal 3:10. Nuff said.

I thank God for ths script, as the bible says all scriptures is God breathed and is useful for correcting, training, teaching and rebuking in righteousness. So that we may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Yolanda in answer to your question I believe God revealed that scripture to you since you woke up with it on your mind. What Paul is saying here is you were running well with the truth and someone or something came into your life and hindered you, distracted you, perhaps casted doubt in your mind, perhaps temptation in front of you, but something or someone has caused you to begin to believe a lie. I believe God is waking you up and calling you back to the truth. If it be so, let it be so. Amen!!!

I think that the law of the Bible is good, especially the new Testament, but yes we need to be free in Christ and not be in bandage to law meaning to follow man made ideas or to just work our salvation out our self that is impossible, neither does bien free in Christ give me any license to SIN freely.

I woke up this morning with the following verse on my mind: Galatians 5 verse 7. This is a book I am not familiar with in the Bible, I even had doubt of how to spell it, but it kept flashing in front of me. There was no doubt about it. Would like some more input on this please.

Fruits vs Works- The tragic part in "christian service" absent the presence and power of the Holy Spirit produces many "works" of the flesh which will be revealed and burned. All fruit is Spirit born as the life of Christ is literally lived through the regenerated spirit of the believer. To quote Major Ian Thomas "Christ gave His life FOR us, so that He could give His life TO us." His very life lived through the believer. Amen.

THEREFORE ...you WERE DEAD because you LIVED AFTER THE FLESH and then when you believed Jesus Christ that's the time when you SHALL NEVER DIE... because from then on you do not walk after the flesh anymore but after the Spirit... and that is when you do mortify the deeds of the body... and to MORTIFY the deeds of the body is to MORTIFY our members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness,inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: In the which ye also WALKED SOME TIME, when ye LIVED IN THEM ( Colossians 3:5).

As a child of God we should learn hw to do Godswill we should also have an impact in other people's life

As good children of God, we need these fruits to excel-It is a manifestation of genue repentance.
